Get out your tambourines, your shawls and beads because Fleetwood Mac lead singer Stevie Nicks has been confirmed to guest star on American Horror Story: Coven!
Coven co-creator Ryan Murphy tweeted “Guess who’s visiting the coven? The legendary Stevie Nicks!”
While no further details were revealed, the show has been referencing Nicks quite regularly with character Misty Day, played by Lily Rabe, obsessed with the singer and the classic song ‘Rhiannon’ in which she cites as being the inspiration for her witchy ways.
It’s not the first time a character on screen has been influenced by the ways of the legendary singer. Back in 2001, an indie movie called Gypsy 83 saw Sara Rue as a young outcast obsessed with Nicks and had a dream to one day attend the ‘Night of 1000 Stevies’ in New York.
American Horror Story: Coven, airs Monday Nights, 9:30pm on 11.
